Hi am Ram from hyderabad actually don't know how it started but from my teenage i was habituated that while excreting i use my middle finger and have a moment in and out for few minutes in my rectum and then poo out.  I don't know is that normal or abnormality if I don't do that I can't excrete  properly even after bowl i used to play for few minutes. requesting the doctor to suggest how to get rid of this.
