Dr, I am suffering from erectile dysfunction since almost a year. I am very fit person. no diabetes or high blood pressure. 6 ft tall man.

I am 65 years old, suffering from ED . My physician prescribed me penegra 50 and tadalafil 20 but those medicine do not act for me. I am a diabetic patient and my blood sugar levels fasting 100 and pp 175 and from last 12 years I am suffering from diabetes and I am taking medicine for diabetes and response is good but penegra50 and tadalafil20 do not act for ED. Hi I gone through VDRL test and it csme reactive. I gone for VDRL in Dialation test and it came: Reactive : 1:8 What is course of treatment. I will consult my doctor too. As far as I rwad its syphillis. Please find attached my report. Please guide me.
