Is hiv western blot conclusive after 3 months of hiv exposure?or need more time to be conclusive , some says hiv test conclusive after 1 year only

Dear sir/man Iam 31 year old male. I am facing problem of frequent urination since from 8to10 years. Almost in one day i go to urine for 8to 10 times. In cold season it's almost more. If I drink water of 1glass i go urine 2 times. Earlier I had wet dream problem still now also facing it. Which test should be done to get clear image.y That  this much frequent urination. Please help me out to which test should be done and solutions pls. Thanku

Hi, I am frequently do masterbating twice or trice in month but when I do it after that, I feel my concentration weaks up for some time n I may forget few things as well.
