I have esr 52 and crp value is 14 mg /dl. I recently diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. I have stiffness in neck and left side face always pulling downwards. What should I do

27 years old female. Have developed flaky patches on scalp around 1.5 years ago. They got spreaded to all scalp and white patches can be seen with flakes coming out. Have shown this to dermatologist and initially diagnosed as psoriasis. And its been 11 months since delivery. From last 6 months pains around the body got started and they are becoming worse. Have been having stiff neck from months and could not lift head up or sides. This stiffness is continuous and not a moment it was good. Pains around the neck and shoulders. Joint pains are there in following places knees, ankle, back, shoulders, elbows and fingers. Mornings its been more painful with stiffness in these joints. Fingers wont stretch and it takes some time. Ankles sometimes swells. Intially thought these as postpartum and on calcium supplements. RA factor is negative, S Uric acid is 6.7. CRP is 1:8. Hb is 10. Please advise what these are and will they be cured.

Is dry needling effective for myofascial pain.I had pain only in the right trapezius for 6 months,but it has now spread to left as well.I did almost 5 sessions of dry needling seperately for both left and right upper back.I didnt experience any twitch during dry needling.

Why do I have High levels of eosinophils...can this mean I have cancer or other diseases?why is my eosinophils count high?

Have been detected with lupus 2 years back. Have taken rituximab iv therapy and continued with wysolone and immunosuppressive tablets. Now lupus is in remission. But detected with dvt.now only taking blood thinners.no steroids or immunosuppresives. Now getting symptoms of sjogrins.what steps to be taken.

My wife 37 yeard old is having issues with swollen lymph nodes under her jaw from last 4 years , the size are not increased but the number have increased. We went to a hematologist and doctor asked her to make some tests (please find attached) and she is diagnosed with autoimmune. My question is , 1.is the autoimmune causes lympnodes under the jaw? 2.Also which specialist we need to visit for autoimmune?

Sir I hv both shoulder blade and elbow ,wrist to fingers pain consult cardiologist every thing normal.they suggest Rhemutalogist.then I consult rhemutalogist Suggest some test results are: Total wbc 12800 Crp  is 35 Fbs   is 92 Ppbs  101 Esr 12 H1abc  5.2   Mean plasma gulcose level 102.5 . Hi, My father is having a problem due to Uric acid levels increasing in his body. because of this he is getting pains by ankle swelling. He got his second vaccine (covishield) two day back, what medicine he can take to reduce the pain and control uric acid. Previously 8months back he got the same pain and swelling, that time he use to take injection (Diclofenac Sodium & Dexamethasone Injection), after taking this injection only pain will reduce. But now after vaccination he can take this injection or is there any medicine to reduce the pain and to control uric acid. From last 10years he is not taking non-veg and control in food not taking high protein food as well. Please suggest me what we can do?
