Kidney Problems

I have swelling in feet and joints hurt , and my creatine level is 0.56 and blood pressure is 140/110, I am 31 years old , can you please help and tell me what is the problem ? Are kidneys failing ?

Can we take calcium supplements medicine ? Earlier I took calcium acetate and it made a stone in kidney ...now I'm planning to take calcium carbonate ...is it ok to take calcium supplements so that there will be no urological consequences specially kidney stones ...

Dear sir madam I am suffering from pain in pelvic area. It reoccurs after every 1 or 2 months. This is happening from last 1.5 years. I consulted with Urologist. I undergone so many tests viz. Uroflorimetry, urin test, ultrasound. All normal earlier too except mild bph condition but in recent ultrasound prostrate is also normal. But still unbearable pail occurs. Doctor told chronic prostatitis. Please suggest solution.

As per sonography my prostate is enlarged and sized 36.5cc (4.1×4.2×4cm). Please suggest me the medicine. Thanks.

My urine complete examination report: Chemical examination (All values completely fine) Microscopic examination: - Rbcs 0-2/HPF and normal range mentioned on lab report is 0-5/HPF - Pus cells 0-5/HPF and normal range mentioned on lab report is 0-5/HPF - Epithelial cells 0-1/HPF Is the report normal? What does the report say? I don't have any symptoms

Allopathic medicine not suits me so I started taken ayurvedic medicine chandraprabhavati, gokshura and brihatyadi kashyam from 2-3 weaks. Still urine infection is happening again and again. Can you please suggest is this medicine is enough or do I need to change it
