I have burning and itching sensation after peeing and very frequent peeing only little drops... i have taken niftas 100 mg regular twice for 3 days.. should i continue and why is this happening

Are Tamsukem Plus capsules and Tamsukem Plus tablet same? Capsule is prescribed but pharmacy has tablets?

Having varicose both side Right side 3 grade and left side grade 2. Some time stomcah pain is there middle and right side most of the time irritating post urinating. PSA Level has been very high since few months. Was treated for pneumonia in hospital where he stayed for few days. There was urine retention also, but got treated in hospital with catheter and Silodal D. Silodal D continued for 2 months, which releived in urine passage. As the body condition was not good, biopsy was postponed. Even now physical condition not good, lot of weakness so not ready for biopsy. PSA Level is 56, could be cancerous. What to do ? Shall we just continue Silodal D forever ?

I am taking cefixime and citralka for uti...as there was bacteria positive in urine examination report...I got my periods today and the blood appeared to be thick black...is this something to worry ? The patient has prostate enlargement grade 2 and urethra stricture. Has problems urinating and now there is an improvement. Should there be a gap between 2 rgu tests? Can it be done often? Is there a problem with the dye used for rgu? Will the dye leave the body automatically? Patient also feels restlessness n jittery? Is it side effects of the medicines taken? The medicines taken are silodosin d8, maxvoid 4 mg, gabantin 100 mg.

I did my blood test and the report says that my GFR is 82 . What does it mean and what does it say about the kidney health status ?
