Kidney Problems

Dear sir, I am suffering from frequently urination at night and some times daytime also. Recently visited urologist he tested urine test and urineflow test, HBA1C test. Finally he said that sugar prasent in urine. He is given medicines vesifa 5, pantop 40, fosfomcon syrup. I used 10 days but problem not solved. Please find attached reports. Kindly suggest permanent solution

Hey my kft report show blood urea 10.96 which is low than reference value.. And blood urea nitrogen ,5.16 which is also low or below than reference value ..is thwre any serious problem...how i will accurate ..this ..is there any problem..pls anwer

After peeing two to three drops of urine leak happening and up to 5 mins unable to walk properly. I am not consulted doctor yet. This phenomenon is from 4 to 5 years, now I am getting urine leak in sleep at certain times.
