My 6 months old son is having stuffy nose and cough what can I give him. He has a regular bowel movement. I am giving him mother milk only and also solids like idly, rice rava and fruits like banana, apple. Please suggest a medicine.

I have consistent brain fog from 23 august 2016. It started with some sort of dizziness and then for some time there was shortness of breath. The last two symptoms disappear in some days but the brain fog persist. From then there was also slight pain in my right upper abdomen. After few days a noticed a bump on left neck. There was one. I came to know that was swollen lymph gland. I didn't paid much attention to it. All was normal except my brain fog. Then in march 2018 I felt one more lymph node and the was also shortness of breath which ended on its own. After some day in April many of the lymph nodes on my left neck were in swollen. There were some episodes of shortness of breath. And more lymph nodes became swollen under may jaw and two or three on my right neck. Sometimes my hand and feet feel cold. Very few times there is also strange sound heard while breathing(like bubbling sensation). And sometimes i feel pain in chest. Feeling short breath from 5 days. Is this sarcoidosis?

My 3 year old daughter has been diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome 1 month back. She is taking allopathic medicine. Is their any treatment in Homeopathy?

Her Blood sample had been taken day before yesterday. She got a report and report summary is RBC's are Normocytic. Normochromic. Platelet are adequate. No Hemo Parasites seen. What does it mean?
