Im giving cantharis 200 to my sister twice daily but I had purchased this medicine in December loose bottle as prescribed by Dr ..Is it still effective or I should buy new one ? Please reply

My sister is suffering from urine infection..I am giving cantharis 200 as prescribed by our homeopathic Dr ..He had told me in Dec before when she had urine infection..He told me to take loose medicine cantharis 200 from market..I wanted to ask is this loose medicine still effective after 4 months or should I buy new one ? My lips are peeling every day . A layer of dead skin cell is formed . When i remove it another layer is formed and this process is going on for past few weeks . Why is it happening ? Hi Doctor. I'm asking for my father. His age is 56. He has been diagnosed with Slip Disc through an MRI. This problem has been prevailing from a very long time. Since he is having pain in his lower back as well in left thigh /hip area, he is unable to walk or stand for more than 10-15 mins due to the pain. I have been suggested Dr. Repl Advice no. 90 for Slip Disc. But I'm not sure if it will be effective or not or will have any side effects. I can't take him to the doctor or hospital in this current situation of lockdown..
