Hi, I have started have constipation after lockdown. I have tried allopathy treatment twice, hemoeopathy once which did not help. I have already done lifestyle changes like being active, not eating oily food, consuming salad, trying to have early dinner. Not sure what else should i do. Can anyone pls suggest medicine to get this sorted? Thanks in advance.

I get body acne  every year with the onset of summer ... This has been happening for years.... some small some big size reddish, pus filled over the back, arms and also a few over the chest area....  I also have white skin colored small bumps coupled with the lesions  which developed over time ....  When the weather becomes cool it calms itself and bulges up again Earlier I wasn't paying much attention to bathing after sweating and changing the clothes as well I might be in the hormonal change phase ... However, now when I'm concerned about maintaining hygiene and I'm 28 years old , I'm still suddenly getting these over the same areas and it takes some days to resolve itself ...
