All live 80 90 years without complication

Eating things
I know that things like chips or chocolates are unhealthy. But if we eat like 1 packet in 3-4 months and like i work out daily is it still very harmful. Can we eat everything if we eat it in limitation once in a while. I don't drink colddrinks or eat ice cream

Can bp meds cause chest pain ?
After post covid recovery , 3 weeks later i started to take bp meds , although my bp was high for a few days before the medications and once i took the meds , i started having mild chest pain which is still continuing 2 months later.
Its quite random and never at the same place , is it normal ? My ecg , echo and xray were normal.

Hello I reduced cholesterol level from
Total cholesterol - 246mg/dl
Hdl- 40mg/dl
LDL - 179mg/dl
Triglycerides - 186mg/dl
To
Total cholesterol - 215mg/dl
Hdl- 33 mg/dl
LDL - 153mg/dl
Triglycerides - 145mg/dl in one month.
Should I go for medication? Doctor suggested I check for a month if I am able to reduce and get back. Please suggest!
