Intermittent pain right to sternum
I am 43 yr old male. I Had intermittent pain 1 inch right to the mid of sternum... immediately consulted cardiologist. ECG done 4 hourly, echo, USG whole abdomen, enzyme all tests found okay. Lipid profile ratio was 4.6 for which I was given Rosuvastin F. Since I was on train journey for last 5 days, I had luggage lifting, acidity, and cold exposure, lack of sound sleep as well They also suggested paracetamol 650, diazepam, and nanofast gel to apply on the chest.
However, they concluded unstable angina and suggested for TMT, and angiography which are yet to be done. My pain subsided completely on 3rd day. Is the diagnosis going in right direction?
