How effective is Itone eye drops in improving vision? I am a 55 year old man with decreased vision. I have been using the drops since one month. How long should I use it for my vision to improve? Are there better eye drops?

I have been prescribed with Moxicip eye drops for the infection in my eye but I am having severe headache whenever I use the drops and I ll have to use a painkiller for the headache. Should I continue the same drug along with the painkiller or should I go for alternative drugs? Can u suggest me some alternatives? I am a 40 year old man
