Before breakfast sugar 111 and after breakfast 141 any treatment necessary or with exercise problem is solved please suggest me what food habits to follow

I am suffreing from some male brest,,i have so guilty on seeing it.how it can be cure . how i can reback my chest as normal with out extra boobs......

What if someone consumes 20 tabs of Thyronorm 25mg in one go? This person is taking in a daily dose of 25mg.

I am 33 years old, male. Last month I had some urine infection, doc suggested to do sugar test. After blood test found my sugar level is bit higher than normal. Before food - 216mg/DL After food - 322mg/DL My weight is 78kg & night 5.7ft.

My mom's sugar is 121(fasting ) and 184(PP). Does she need to take medicine  ??? or just walking and controlling diet is enough to check diabetes for her...

Iam hypothyroid and PCP and want to consult an endocrinologist to get my hormonal tests done as in spite of having healthy diet Iam unable to loose weight . i take thyroid medicines regularly.

I am taking medicine for hypothyroid since last 4 years. I am taking thyronorm two tablets of 12.5 mcg and 25 mcg daily. Recently I did a blood test and found that my TSH is 9.8 and normal range is between 0.38-4.31. Please suggest what I should do.

I have all problems related to hypothyroidism although I have been taking thyronorm 50 mcg since 2 years . In blood test done in January my tsh level was 13.69 uIU/ml. I feel sluggish and have issues with memory and am also experiencing weight gain . I want to reduce weight and be active and improve my memory .I have increased my thyronorm dose to 75 MCG since a week, but no observable benefit . I have monetary issues also right now, so am not able to consult the doctor also , for which i have to go to a better city . Please help me out with suggestions what should I do , I would be eternally grateful
