I have a swollen lymph node on the rt side of neck and have undergone various tests . it says i have benign lymphadenopathy due to respiratory tract infection . so is this cancer ? or is it dangerous?

I have blood cancer since from past 3years ...it was now 43%...but in initial stage it was around 70%...sir please tell me... Can I beat my cancer... Is it possible in my case or not.. Plss tell me..
