I have persistent cough from 7 months Sore throat ..always irritation is there in throat. I am a smoker with 4-5 cigarettes a day. I am experiencing pain and a small gaath in neck. It started today only. The pain and  gaath.. Can it be neck throat cancer? I am really worried
