Health Q&A
About Health Claims on Packaged foods

I had a few questions about health claims on packaged foods and was hoping someone could clarify them for me: What does a “high protein” label actually tell us about a food, and does it necessarily mean the food is healthy? What is the difference between “zero sugar” and “no added sugar”? Can a food still be unhealthy or nutritionally poor even if it has claims like “high protein,” “natural,” or “zero sugar” on the packaging? When buying packaged foods, which parts of the nutrition label should we pay the most attention to? Are words like “natural,” “multigrain,” or “immunity” actually useful indicators of nutritional quality, or can they sometimes give consumers a misleading impression?

Skinny body

I'm 28 years old female..my height is 5 2" and my current weight is 53 kgs. My concern is I'm getting thin day by day . Earlier I used to be around 56 to 58 kgs and I looked healthy and glowing but now my weight is stuck to 53 kgs  tho there is no change in my diet I'm not even doing intense workout. I recently checked my sugar level, thyroid, I got my whole abdomen USG done. All my reports came normal . So what could be the reason I'm losing weight. Or which specialist should I consult to for this matter. Pls help me out. I want to gain weight.
