I was not overweight but i was 6kgs more than my normal weight. Once i started realizing that my weight is increasing. I started going to gym but that speeded up my weight gain, when i consulted my gym trainer he said exercise plays only 30% in weight loss, proper diet plays the major role in weight loss. As most of the people do i googled and made my own diet chart and followed one month my weight neither increased nor reduced and i used to starve during my diet. Then I thought of taking dietitians help and started googling again and found Dr.Akila Joshi. I took a 2 month program, definitely i did cost me some extra bucks but when i started seeing the results without starving for food. I felt it's worth it and the best part is they provided me Yoga class that helped me in reducing my stress which is one of the major reasons for weight gain. If you are looking for a dietitians this is the right place, the reason being, they have very good team and Dr.Akila gives the simple and easy to make dishes. I'm giving this review in my last week of the program, now i am just 1kgs away from my target weight. Thanks Akila & team. Keep up the good work.
