Height issue
Hi , My brother is in his running age 18 and his height is 5.6 .is there any supplement which I can provide him to increase his height a bit more  2-3 inches..

Look height has a lot to do with genetics so no supplement can help him except he can try some hanging from bars ans eating a balanced homemade nourishing simple meals for a better growth
