Pain when I am walking

I have a broken ankle and I had surgery, they put plates and screws. Whenever my ankle is elevated or resting on a Bed, it doesn't pain that much but whenever it's hanging down or whenever I am walking it hurts a lot. Is it normal or ???

Persistent pain in right foot

18 year old male. Symptoms- Pain in the bottom of right foot as well as in the outward part of the metatarsal region when I walk or stand. There is swelling in the arch region. The arch of my right foot feels weak. What other doctors have said- A doctor concluded that I have flat feet, but the wet foot test clearly shows a normal arch. The arch is weakening but it was not flat before. I had the symptoms of plantar fasciitis but now they changed. Any thoughts and ideas will be appreciated.
