I have been told by quite a number of doctors that we should not take citrus after 6pm. I want to know the reason for it. Is it only the fruit or juice that we should avoid or even lemon rice, salad dressing etc. What about citrus supplement. Should that also be before 6 pm?
Hi.I am a 23 years old model.I work out every single day ...I workout at home without any weights my body is lean but not toned and sculpted.I don't have time to go to the gym...I wanna know on which protein shake can I drink to keep my body lean and sculpted . plus I want to know my diet by which I can be maintain my body shape Without weights and at the same time can feel strong and boosted.
