My son has sensory processing disorder (autism).
His current diet is as below:
Breakfast : Milk with GRD protein powder, 1 scrambled egg.
Lunch: Dal Rice with mixed vegetables
Evening Snack: Milk bowl with lots of Marie Gold biscuits
Dinner: Dal Rice with mixed vegetables.
Before sleeping: 1 glass turmeric milk.
He cant eat chapati at all and also swallows food and doesnt chew it properly due to his autism issue.
He has regular constipation issues which we resolve using ayurvel powder, Zandu Pancharisht or Softvel powder. Recently his stomach seems swollen/bloated.
Please advise on healthy diet plan considering above diet and also how to keep his bowel movement healthy and reduce bloating and constipation.
