Can I refuse to get bp checked

I face this issue alot- i go for checkup n they want bp checked- now sometimes i can be stressed or dehydrated or standing for 5-10 minutes still they will check bp n it will be high like around 160/100 ( this was today) I dont have whitecoat one coz 3 weeks ago bp at family clinic was 130/80- Its just that there r so many factors affecting bp so its impossible to not get high levels some days Omron home readings average shows 125/80- average of 20 readings

Am took 1st dose of b12 1500mcg as I have b12 level 148. But after taking does my anxiety and restlessness increased. Also head and pressure in ear. Bp is 113/77. Is it normal or should I stop medication

Regarding tetanus vaccine

Respected doctors Today I fell down on the road and bruised my knee. My last tetanus vaccine (normal tetanus vaccine + immunoglobulin, as prescribed for a dog bite) was taken in October 2024.
