I have shoulder pain for last five months. I took a MRI. It said the following. Supraspinatus tendinosis without evidence of tear. Mild acromioclavicular joint arthropathy. Minimal subacromial–subdeltoid bursitis. MRI of neck is normal. I have not had any significant pain relief yet. Pain is still same. My doubt is - How long is the mri taken in Jan 2026 valid for ? There has not been any injuries or falls after that. For my condition , for how long should I consider this mri valid ?
My wife, aged 33, has been experiencing back pain with a burning sensation for the past 4 days. Please suggest a suitable solution.”
I have had pain in the right shoulder area for the last four months. Consulted multiple doctors and physios but the problem remains the same. Doing range of motion exercises alone as more exercises only seem to increase pain. Want to know if this condition generally takes time to get better. 1. Heaviness felt in the shoulder after waking up. 2. Some pain in the biceps now and then. 3. Mild electric wave sort of feeling now and then in upper back. Have done UsT and IFT intermittently for ten sittings. Attaching my MRI. Tablet Etoshine MR was prescribed by doctors but I have not had the course as it didnt sit well with my stomach. What exactly is going to help me feel better soon ? Pls advise.
