I did my blood test on 26.04.2026. As per my blood report my Vitamin D (total) is 9.16 ng/ml.Kindly suggest me a medicine. In previous year I consumed D rise 60k capsule once a week for 6 weeks for vitamin d level 13.2

Recurrent neck spasm plan?

Hello Doctor, I have frequent neck pain with spasm and stiffness (about 3–4 times a month). I am planning to avoid muscle relaxants and instead manage flare-ups with paracetamol 650 mg, warm compress, and topical gel. I have already done X-ray, MRI, and other tests, which were normal. I also tried physiotherapy, which helped but only for a short period. As per the physiotherapist, the issue is due to forward neck posture and rounded shoulders. Is it safe to continue managing episodes without muscle relaxants, or could that cause any issues? What should be the long-term plan to reduce these recurring episodes? I’ve noticed weight lifting can trigger the pain, but I also want to strengthen my muscles. How can I safely continue exercising without worsening the issue? Should I continue physiotherapy or focus more on posture correction and specific exercises? What warning signs should I watch for? Thank you.
