Golden Rules of knee pain management:
1. Never allow your pain to become chronic (pain of more than 3 months duration)
2. Chronic pain causes lots of systemic manifestation inside human body
3. Knee pain is not simply age-related degeneration, it is a combination of age-related degeneration + Faulty biomechanics
4. If faulty biomechanics can be corrected early, we can control our knee pain at an early stage
5. Even in later stages knee deformities can be corrected simply with shoe modification + Exercises
6. Painkillers are not a dose, it is a requirement. By taking long term medication we are stressing our body, so intra-articular injections are much better option.
7. For every pain, first step always should be pain management followed by correction of faulty biomechanics and Physiotherapy
