After how many min/hours can we lie on bed after eating lunch or dinner? Is there any minimum timing for such things for better digestion?

Nasal congestion and chest congestion

It started with sneezing and constant runny nose three days back. I took Montek LC tablets for 3 days. But now I have nasal congestion and chest congestion with cough. While coughing, mild chest pain and burning sensation. Not much mucus coming out. Also, I have average fever with body ache. Please advice medicine and cough syrup.
