She has a ulcer about 2.5 cm from last 45 days. She takes normal medication like orasore, omiprazol etc but not recover. She done biopsy also but report not understood. So need to consult what can I do and explain the attached report.

Pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, pneumothorax, fractures and obvious bone damage were not identified. Her leukemia and hematology investigations have largely been normal, including blood counts, hemoglobin and platelets. No clear evidence of leukemia or another blood cancer has been found. Most autoimmune, inflammatory, liver, kidney and coagulation tests were also unremarkable.
