Heart stroke due to JAK2 MUTATION +ve

Asked for Male, 37 Years

My father got heart stroke in 2019 and got performed BONE MARROW and find out JAK2 mutation positive(2019). Now( Sep 2026) he lost weight(from 4 months), feeling weakness and his haemoglobin is 9% due to anemia. His heart ejection factor is 25%. haemotogist suggested for BONE MARROW. Is bone marrow mandatory? Considering his age and heart issue Do we have other tests to identify the root cause.
