I came back from a 2-day trip, and because of that I couldn’t completely avoid spicy food even though I requested less spice. On Tuesday night, my stomach started feeling upset. I thought it was just gas, so I didn’t pay much attention.
By Wednesday, I felt somewhat better. But on Thursday, my stomach became restless again throughout the day. On both Thursday and Friday, I felt pain when food was passing through my stomach, especially during breakfast in the morning. My whole stomach was aching, with the pain around 4–5 out of 10, and it also felt restless during the day.
On Saturday, the pain during breakfast was less. Yesterday and today, the pain while eating seems to be gone. However, today (Sunday morning), my stool was partly yellow and partly blackish-grey. Since yesterday and today, I’ve also been feeling light-headed. I’m not sure if the stool color is related, because I’m currently on my period as well.

I had paid Rs. 649/- for gastroenterologist on 11th may. The alloted doctor cancelled the consultation. I received message from practo that amount shall be credited back to my account in 3 - 4days. I hadn't received the amount till date
I am 15 years old. From around 2020 I used to hold stool frequently and since 2023 I have developed severe bowel symptoms. I have incomplete emptying, watery stool leakage, very bad smell, and difficulty passing stool normally. The symptoms are still continuing in 2026.
I feel like stool may be stuck inside and liquid stool leaks out. I do not feel fully empty even after using the toilet. The condition is affecting my daily life badly.tell me some home remedies that can improve it

I am facing slow digestion. After lunch I feel stomach full for longer time. If I sleep after lunch, I feel like my blood circulation is not proper and kind of slow. I have Gerd as well. How can I improve digestion and improve blood circulation ?
