I am taking metronidazole for dental infection..can I take my scheduled hepatitis b 1 ml vaccine while on antibiotics therapy or should I wait for a few days before taking the vaccine

Bacteria seen urine test report
My urine routine report shows bacteria 84.7/HPF, cocci 78.1/HPF, and mucus 182.8/HPF. WBC is normal at 0.8/HPF, and the urine is slightly turbid. I do not have any urinary symptoms such as burning, pain, urgency, or frequent urination. Could these findings be due to sample contamination rather than a UTI? Should I do a urine culture or need any treatment?
Frequent urination, increased thirst
Hi Doctor, I’m a 20-year-old male and would like some guidance regarding a few symptoms. For the past 7 days, I’ve been urinating quite frequently, around 8–9 times within 12 hours. Sometimes, even after urinating, I feel the urge to urinate again shortly afterward. I’ve also noticed that I’m more thirsty than usual and have been drinking water more frequently. For the past 2 months, I’ve also been experiencing persistent fatigue/tiredness. My sleep doesn’t feel completely refreshing, even when I get what seems like enough sleep, and I often feel the need to take a ~1-hour nap during the day. I initially thought this was due to sleeping late,but the tiredness has continued even after I started going to bed earlier. I’m also currently being treated for acne.My dermatologist prescribed Doxt-SL, which I’m taking as directed:Twice daily after food for 2 weeks Then once daily 4 weeks.
