So yesterday i was playing badminton and my foot landed uncomfortably. My left foot rolled outwards and I felt pain ,after that I was able to walk on my heel of left foot . The pain is on left portion of my foot . Today the it is much more swelled but when I press only a particular area is hurting and that has a very little bulge outwards that can be distinguished from rest of the swelling area. only that area is hurting when i press, rest swelled area is not hurting when I m pressing. I am not able to put weight on my left foot. Only able to walk on my heel.
I have both hands pain for a month. If i starin or walk my hands getting pain. 3 days before i went to hospital. Doctor suggested neurokind g. But pain not reduced yet. Could you pls suggest.

My mother had an accident in November in which she had a knee fracture. After removal of plasture she got continuous swelling on her knee and foot area. After sometime knee swelling was fine but till now she has foot swelling. We had a word with doctor and had medicine as well but it is fine only if she is taking medicine . Doctor told her to rest but still it is not recovering properly. That swelling pains as well.
As far as her medical history is concerned then she is diabetic + having liver cirrhosis as well for which her medication is also going on. Please suggest.
I had a very minor accident, which lead to a sprained wrist. Its been 3 weeks i am unable to put pressure on that hand. There is no swelling and i am able to make movement as well. However unable to lift anything. And sometimes it pains.
Hi got knee pain can't stand for long hours what is wrong ..? Too much weight? Or weak muscles or osteoarthritis? Or something?
