Patient is a 26-year-old female. She is currently taking the following medicines: Etoz-PR, ESIX-10, Skamet-Plus, and Rabofit-LS. After starting these medicines, she is feeling loose motion and excessive sleepiness. No known allergies and no major previous illness.
