10 days ago , my TSH was 5 ( 0-4) T3 T4 normal

Hi Doctor, I’m 13 years old and I’ve had a fever for 4 days now. Yesterday my temperature reached 101.9°F.
My symptoms are:
Constant throbbing pain in my back.
A wet cough (not dry).
