I'm a 17 years old girl, I've been exercising since last summer such as aerobics and go hiking, etc. I wanted to lose weight and I tried to do it and eat healthy food. I m a 20 year old boy & my weight is 90 kgs n height is 184cm . I have tried a lot but I'm not able to have proper diet chart. Though I prefer only vegetarian diet I m not able to have a proper weight diet .
