How to look glowy and attractive

I m a pimple prone girl , i always have cystic acne but now little pits , how to look glowy and attractive , i m going to marry on december please guide me, can pores get smaller by caring  internally , i have big pores too due to which face look very bad

B12 deficiency

I have b12 efficiency which affects my day to day tasks, right now i am on medications (i still feel dizzy sometimes)and having a proper diet,i am a pure vegetarian, is there any multi vitamins or any tablets which i can take for life so that I don't face it in future. Also tablets without any side effects. I also started having anxiety with this deficiency. Is there any connection of b12 with anxious feeling or depression? I have seen a lot of similar cases.

Hello Can we eat vitamin c food with fruits because fruits contain fructose and by this vitamin c is less absorbed..do may I intake vitamin c with fruits or not?

Not feeling hungry

I am not able to eat properly and whenever I try to increase my proportion of eating I feel the urge to vomit. I am not in taking the amount of food I should be taking and I don't feel like eating at times and I am loosing my interest in eating anything.
