Hi Doctor, i am having gas and acidity look likes IBS symptoms but want to build body and muscles. My age is 28 yrs and weight is 69kg. So i don't want to gain weight but want muscle building diet which don't cause acidity/constipation in stomach. Will you please suggest some diet plan for whole day considering IBS issues.
