The doctor has written 1-0-1 for taking Fludac 60 mg for OCD, but I feel lazy during the daytime because of the medicine’s side effects. Will there be any problem if I take it after 9 PM at night?

Sir, in  ocd I get obscene image thoughts about my mother in my mind, and I was taking Fluni 60 mg for it. Now it is not available, so I am taking Fludac 60 mg. Is this the right medicine?

Loosing mental control and migraine

I need to get a support (prescription) to buy Beta-Blockers ( Propranolol). Before hectic project deadline or taking up serious challenges, I am loosing mental control and having migraine, sleeplessness, giddiness, etc.. I had a mild stroke in 2010, at the age of 38 mainly due to these psychic attack due to heavy professional deadline pressure. Mainly lack of sleep and i will be fatique within a week.

Repeatative checking numbers and things

Developing habit of repeatative checking out things, doors ,switches ,numbers before final submission or execution out of fear that it might be missed or if it gets wrong. Due to this ,time gets waste and cycle of rechecking /sureity never ends. Solution please.

Always under stress anxiety about future ..when I was studying degree I used to think quitting degree and joining father business makes me more successful rather than completing degree ..so I dropped studies ..now after dropping I am under guilt that I left studies ..I have dropped studies 20 years ago ..still I can't forget that guilt ...daily morning when I wake up the thing that first comes in my mind is that I dropped studies .. since then I find no interest in any thing..I don't have a fixed mindset ...always under tremendous stress regarding life ...don't stick to one idea..always change my mind...not able to take serious steps regarding life..feel lost ..I stay away from friends..,because of guilt of study dropout...no enthusiasm in life...life is feeling heavy...always head is filled with thoughts and heavy.
