I got a wisdom tooth but it was grown in cross direction due to that front teeth was infected as cavity so , doctor recommended to remove wisdom teeth and make a root cap for front cavity teeth. Is it mandatory to remove the wisdom teeth?

I have been suffering from throat pain and mild pain while swallowing food. And there is bump near my wisdom tooth.I am anxious about what is this bump and my tonsils appearing with white spots . I had oral sex with my partner recenly. My partner doesn't have any std's or any infections .I have googled the symptoms and i am afraid is it something linked to oral cancer or any serious problem i am becoming paranoid .
