Foot and calf  pain

Hello Docs, Hope you all are doing well. For the past week, whenever I go to bed, I experience pain in my foot and calf. To relieve the pain, I need to  place a pillow on my foot for pressure, which helps me fall asleep. The pain usually disappears once I start walking. Loosing hope with the pain

I have pain in whole back majorly right hip ,both legs majorly right leg .I don't know what to do .it eases when I lie down and sit on soft surfaces but walking feels difficult and body feels so tight .I have more of a momentary pain then when I am stable.i have attached the mri .
