Hi, For the past 2 days due to a bad position in sleeping I got the neck sparin right side Now the pain is reduced but I cannot move my neck or tilt to the right side. Feels tightness.

I currently work a hectic desk job where I am glued to the sceen for 10 hrs approx for 5/6 days a week. I have recently had issues with focus, I'm lazy, have started to feel brain fogged and loosing my chain of thoughts while speaking. Wanted to check if my B12 and Vit D is right.
