Health Q&A
Breathing issues in polluted air

I experience throat irritation, mild breathing difficulty, and occasional chest tightness in highly polluted environments like Delhi, especially during poor air quality days. These symptoms improve significantly in cleaner air conditions. This pattern has been consistent over time, though I have not been formally diagnosed with a chronic condition. I am planning a work-related relocation and wanted to understand whether continued exposure to high pollution levels could worsen these symptoms long term. Would it be medically advisable to consider relocating to a city with better air quality? Also, please suggest any precautions, tests, or treatment options I should consider.

Nasal septum defect

My son has visible nasal septal defect. He buzzes many times in a day. His right nostril seems to have very close walls, due to which he might have problem of breathing. His sleep is not disturbed yet. I am keen to know if there is any helpful measure to improve the condition. My son is non verbal and would not co operative for operating procedure. So please guide.
