31. Male. 5'5".77 kg. Taking invega sustenna 150 mg monthly depot since June 2024 and taloprex since last week. My doctor says invega works region specific and won't affect dopamine activity in regions like prefrontal cortex. But AI says it blocks dopamine throughout the brain. Who is correct?
The doctor added Risperidone 0.5 with nexito 30mg .After taking it, my speech began to slurred. When I spoke to the doctor, they explained that this was a side effect and discontinued the medication. How long will it take for my speech to return to normal? It has been 10 days since I stopped the medicine. I have severe OCD. i was taking uvox cr 200 mg, risdone ls at night and clonotril 0.5 mg at night but to no effect. So my doctor changed the medicines and gave me serta 100 mg twice a day, clonil sr 75 mg, risdone ls twice a day and rexipra forte 20 mg at night. What i have seen is that except risdone ls all 3 contain serotonin. Will my body be able to process this much serotonin? Should i take this medicines or change it? Pls help me
