Stress and regular sadness
I m in regular stress from past 2-3 years, i always think very negative , i cant control my problem of thinking , i gets hurt easily by small small things my family members do , i overthink alot , i m cureently preparing for neet, but i can't study due to stress , and to avoid the stress i pass my tym in watching social media without any interest in it , i gets irritated by anyjne very easily , i dont like to tell my problem to anyone , and if i tell somebody anything , i feel very very guilty ,,,,,, reason of my stress is overthinking , negative thoughts , financial problem , ,for suggest me ayurvedic and scientic practice i should opt go make my life little better
