OCD treatment

Today my Doctor add resperidone 0.5 with nexito 30 mg for OCD. Is it safe or not.. . I  have doubt .

OCD treatment

I have been taking Nexito 30mg for OCD for the past four years, but for the last two weeks, I have been experiencing some intrusive thoughts. The doctor prescribed Risperidone 1mg, but it made it difficult for me to wake up in the morning; when I visited the doctor today, they reduced the dose to 0.5mg. Is this combination okay?

Got Burnout, looking for expert.

I am a 21 year old guy. 7 months ago, I got a severe burnout. Since then, I have been on psychiatrist treatment. Initially, I got diagnosis as a depression and later a doctor labelled me having soft bipolar. However, I am not depressed and neither stressed nor anxious. I have suffered from depression in the past but not now. My primary symptoms are lacking physical energy, and reduction of cognitive ability. My physical energy has increased for over 40-45% in the last 7 months. I don't know is it due to rest or medicine. However, my cognitive ability still hasn't returned at its full strength. I am on fluoxitine and Bupropion. I can't read heavy texts and feel emotionally dull. I am psychologically fine (no negative thinking) but something is wrong with my nervous system. I still haven't found any good psychiatrist till now who can understand my problem and provide suitable treatment. Does anybody has expertise in such cases?

When Antidepressants Aren't Working — a Psychiatrist's Decision Tree for the Next Step

By the time most patients come into my office and use the words "nothing is working," they've been trying for years. Two SSRIs. Maybe an SNRI. A round of bupropion.
