Hello I want to loose weight. So for that I need to consult a dietician who can prepare a healthy diet for me.
After consuming a heavy meal, my heartbeat goes to 105-115.. if I take a simple meal comprising dal sabzi then it doesn't happen.. but if the meal has sugar or spices then the heart rate goes haywire... i have had ecg n echo done to be sure that there is no heart disease..
