Pain in right knee
I have had pain in my right knee for the last 6-7 days. Not able to fold my leg and sit on the floor. Pain is more during climbing stairs and when required to fold the leg. No injury and no swelling.

Pain in the right thigh ( femur)
All the time Pain on the right thigh, between hip and knee bone, no relief after taking diclofenac tablets, vitamin tablets, many other medicines also, in scanning of thigh and x ray of spine, there is no problem at all. But in MRI it is written as - disc dessication at L4, L5, L5-S1 levels. - diffuse disc bulge at L2, L3 level causing thecal sac compression minimal bilateral neural foramen narrowing . - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L4 L5 levels causing thecal sac compression, impingement on bilateral traversing & exiting nerve roots. - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L5 S1 levels causing thecal sac compressionbilateral neural foramen narrowing impingement on bilateral exiting nerve roots. Suffering from pain in some joints
Have slightly high levels of CRP and ESR. Also, have pain in index finger joint and feet bones. Did test for Uric acid, CRP and ESR. 1. Uric acid is in normal range - 4.6 mg/dl 2. CRP - 21.7 mg/l 3. ESR - 29 mm/1st hour Pls advise for permanent cure.
Pain in neck and upper back
I am having ulcerative colitis ( Autoimmune) to be specific, Proctosigmoiditis, I am not taking any allopathy medication I.e mesalamine and mesacol for a year , only homopathy medicine for bloating( name not know) . I am having pain in neck area and upper back for 4 to 5 months, and also headache whenever I put earphones even for 10 minutes and see the mobile, I am having cylindrical negative power ( 0.25 , 1.5) and also have cracking sound on neck , joints , arm are., I suffer from muscle stiffness in night . I also sometimes loose the grip of things .
