Got meniscus injury in left knee in Jan 2026 and has been in rehab, Grade 1 lateral complex tear with Discoid Meniscus, knocked knees - Has started walking but slow without walker - getting catches or snaps and not locks 2 inches below meniscus in the back upper calf left side and in the front left side 2 inches below meniscus joint line or tear - during the catch usually pains in the front 2 inches below meniscus left side of left affected knee for 1-2 seconds but sometimes the current feels till lower down in the last 2 toes. Overall the intensity of snaps which was 50 to 100 in a month in March has gone down to 10 snaps a month and that too during turns or certain angles of the leg below knee .. Hi doctors My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises..
