Skin redness and black spot

My son 3 yr old weight 14 kg was having pain in upper abdomen. His crp quantative level were 8.7 mg/l on 4th may and 10.7mg/l on 29th may. His lft ast and alp was mild elevated on 4th then, came normal on 29 may. His cbc lft kft stool and urine routine and culture, h. Pylori antigen, echo, ecg , troponinI, nt bno pro, blood culture, usg abdomen ,ferritin,all normal. What can be possible reason of elevated crp which is increasing? No teething issue got checked by dentist. Troponini 53ng/ml and nt bnp pro 135ng/ml  ferritin 213ng/ml.usg abdomen normal

Stomach pain

My son has been complaining about stomach pain since Wednesday, we are traveling and he has been eating outside food or biscuits, kurkure etc, he feels constipated most of the time, but now passing stool everyday since then, we consulted a local doctor and he has given sucrafil, which we started from last night, ondem sos, muout,  meftal spas sos,  colic aid and rantac.  pls suggest why he is still complaining of stomach pain, whenever he eats something he complains.we are giving medicines from 2 days and today is the 3rd day. Pls guide.

Baby not pooped

A week back my baby started solids as she is 6 months old old now. So today on day 6 she has not pooped its more than 20 hrs . Yesterday she pooped well greenish solid type . She is mixed feed baby .

Fever in 4 month old

Hey, my 4 month old child has fever. I checked the temperature and the thermometer showed 100.1 F to 98.3 F in the evening. I gave medomol drops once in the afternoon and once in the evening, for the fever to subside but it is coming back again. Baby is feeling very tired and sleeping unusually most of the time and he is very cranky since morning. Can someone please help me in this situation?
