Hello Doctor, I am a football player and had suffered an injury in my Achilles tendon of both of my legs a few months back. Initially, I took a few days of rest and resumed playing once there was no pain. However, I again got an injury on my right Achilles tendon, and this time the pain was so severe that I was unable to put weight on my right heel. After undergoing X-ray and ultrasound, I have been diagnosed with Achilles calcific tendinitis on both of my legs. Could you please advise on: 1. How long does recovery typically take in such cases? 2. Will I be able to return to competitive football?
I am having knee pain since few days it was after i do squats exercise then it go away. This happened for everytime i do squats. And i kept doing it for months.
