My mother is having low grade fever, and cough. We had her checked blood and ct chest. Ct report attached. Current sodium level is 127. Chloride is low. Platelet is 123. 10.5 hemoglobolin. Please help me understand ct report and health condition.

He then prescribed her Formglyn plus twice a day, Doxiflo M twice a day and Montek FX at night. My question is "Is 30 mg of Montelukast a day okay or is it too high a dose of Montelukast"? Please clarify.
