Hey I m finding difficult in sleep from last 8 days some days I m sleeping for 4 hour some days for 1 hour and someday not at all.. today I went to general physician he prescribed me ssri..i really I don't want to take that... because last time two years back when I take it I face adverse reactions due to it over my eyes...that time i used to take zolpi 10 mg .can you suggest which medicine which will be best for this situation.
